In this issue, I talk about how to make your clients as, uh, dedicated as 2nd Amendment gun rights, uh, advocates! I want for “satisfied” to become an unacceptable low point, and “stark raving mad zealot” the goal! I also introduce the concept of never losing a customer again, and prove that part (perhaps a large part!) of your marketing budget should be shifted to locking customers in after they have become customers, not before.
