A monthly discussion group for highly successful interior designers who are wondering what comes next?
The Transitions Discussion Group (TDC) is created for interior design CEOs and principals who have built successful and profitable businesses, but are wondering what comes next.
This Group is unstructured in order to give individual members the chance to explore new paths ranging from down-sizing to right-sizing to boutique consulting…to outright succession or other exit strategies.
Members of the TDC meet by video conference call once each month. Calls last from 90-120 minutes and all Group members must have video cameras and microphones.
Members of the Group will share an online dashboard which will hold recordings of sessions, documents, and assignments or tasks when appropriate.
This is not a business course; members of this Group have proven that they have mastered most of the business skills needed to succeed. Still, when they commit to pursuing or learning something, the Group and David will help to hold them accountable.
There is no “end date” for this Transitions Discussion Group. Members must make a minimum commitment of four months. Some members may stay for six months…and some may stay for six years.
