Terms and Conditions
All Edge memberships are month-to-month. Members may cancel at any time on their own, from their “Account.”
Members are entitled to receive the benefits and services described in the various product descriptions and pricing tables in effect at the time of initially joining. However, Designing Profits, Inc. and David Shepherd reserve the right to change the bundle of benefits at any time with 30 days prior notice. The member’s only recourse should they disagree with the changes is to cancel their membership.
Members have access to substantial proprietary content produced by David Shepherd and owned by Designing Profits, Inc. The member understands this is confidential and copyrighted information and will not capture, download, or otherwise disseminate any information for any purpose other than their own education as intended by membership in The Edge.
David Shepherd holds his M.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has served on the faculties of The McCombs School of Business and the Neeley School of Business. He is not, however, a lawyer nor CPA and thus no advice provided to members in any form should be considered a substitute for professional advice in those and other key areas.
Designing Profits further reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time without cause. Under such circumstances, if the member has paid in advance for a certain number of days, a refund for that amount will be made in full.
