Welcome to the 8 Steps! The easiest way to get started is to simply watch this Welcome and Introduction Video. (30 minutes.) Then, you might want to download and print out the accompanying workbook and begin to get familiar with it.
The workbook breaks this course down into an exercise you can do every day for eight weeks! Of course you can also schedule your own pace with many students finding that weekly is the best schedule for them. We do not suggest a pace any faster than that as each step builds upon the previous one, and you do have some homework to do.
We have gone ahead and made all Sections of this course available to you upon enrollment. However, we strongly recommend that you plan to complete only one “step” per week for eight weeks as there is a great deal of information to consider and implement.
