I am unable to attend the Scottsdale conference.  I am sure we have much in common in designing for aging.  I read an article in graduate school that really hit home.  It talked about how, sometimes, people that move into nursing care, after living in their homes for 50+ years, lose their will to thrive.  A sad commentary on the state of some homes.  Aging in place and designing independent living / assisted living facilities from a humanistic and holistic view is critical to health and wellbeing - as you know.

I am sure our paths will cross soon.  Have a wonderful Holiday!

Thanks Tim! Glad you like it. We are launching the line this weekend. Still a lot to figure out, but it's underway. We're on the web for now-lots more to do!

We are doing ok at this point. We have had the same experience for last year. We participated in two charity events and got alot of publicity from those but that doesnt translate into work right away. I am still giving my seminars. I am linking up with two realtors and giving them two hour design time certificates for their clients. I have gotten a remodel for one of those that I gave to the black tie dinner. We are putting together a book to give to high end builders which is our next target. Same as you, we are trying to hit so many different things to make it happen. We have abbout 6 remodels going on right now, far from the size of projects we normally work on, but its picking up. The MetalTile Collection business is picking up, lets hope that is a sign of the construction industry getting better. Thanks for the connection and stay in touch. Look forward to seeing you guys in New York. Glen
