I am adding more speaking engagements to my 2012 calendar and am looking to update my speakers contract/agreement. I would welcome advice or example contracts that other BPN members have used for such arrangements.
It would be helpful to compare notes as to how others have handled items like:
determining, setting speaking rates
protecting (intellectual property) IP
CEU certification
marketing program to associations
use of speakers bureaus
et al
Anyone else doing or have done lots of speaking? Advice, sample contracts, much appreciated.
