I am adding more speaking engagements to my 2012 calendar and am looking to update my speakers contract/agreement. I would welcome advice or example contracts that other BPN members have used for such arrangements.

It would be helpful to compare notes as to how others have handled items like:

  • determining, setting speaking rates
  • protecting (intellectual property) IP
  • CEU certification
  • marketing program to associations
  • use of speakers bureaus
  • et al

 

Anyone else doing or have done lots of speaking? Advice, sample contracts, much appreciated.
