New Year's Resolutions

i love all the comments above!  Tomorrow is my holiday spa day with my staff.  We will have massages and then lunch where we will discuss projections for next year and how we will implement new marketing initiatives.

I really liked David's idea of the gift cards. I think I am going to order them to be sent in January.  it will motivate clients in a hold pattern to begin ordering again.

My #1 is TIME.  Respect mine, respect others', engage in only what's worth my time (financially, professionally, or personally), be vigilant and ruthless with time wasters, create more small systems that save time later, even though they may take more time now.
