Customer Surveys
Anyone have experience with a formal customer survey? What sources have you used to produce one? Zoomerang, Survey Monkee, Constant Contact etc? When have you done one, at the end of a project, or for market research? I want to do at least three different ones...end of project for near future use, and one for general current & past clients and then one for a general market research as I define my target market. I have done one for market research in the past- and it was either Zoomerang or Survey Monkey that I used but I don't remember which. That was before Constant Contact had surveys.
I also want to begin incorporating surveys into my process- one early on after beginning work (maybe 60 days in), then again on a quarterly basis for client satisfaction, and one at the end of the project. I welcome collaboration on good questions to use!
